Delivery
We currently ship to the Mainland UK (We are working on including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man due to increased shipping)
Free shipping when you buy 3 items.
We use Royal Mail Second Class Delivery and DPD for larger orders.
It is possible to upgrade to first class, and DPD at checkout.
We will always do our best to get your games out to you as fast as we can, but sometimes Laura and I don't have enough arms.
We are open Tuesday - Saturday 10 - 4, we will post any orders next working day when possible
Please call us if you have any questions about delays.
If your delivery has any problems/faults/damage then please contact us immediately and we will work together to come to a suitable arrangement for you, customer happiness is our number one priority.
If you’re local, you can ‘Click & Collect’ from our store in Tavistock.
Preorders
We will be charging cards on orders. If you wish to pre-order a product that isn't on our website please contact us.

Cancellations

If you get a game with a missing or broken piece or a miss-printed board or a missing rulebook? And the game came from Asmodee?

This is the quickest and easiest way of getting a full and playable copy. It doesn't affect your statutory rights, but if its a full and playable copy you want, quickly, without the hassle of returning it online and getting another copy sent out which might have the same manufacturing defect.
You may prefer to request replacement parts direct from the publisher. Many publishers fall over themselves to make sure you have a great treatment from them, as they know getting a faulty game is a feelbad, and they really truly want your repeat custom.
Even if you have lost a piece. Most publishers are still happy to replace lost pieces.
