Here, at Tic Tac Tabletop we aim to provide you with a first class service. These terms and conditions set out what you can expect from us, and what to do if either our goods or service does not satisfy you.

Prices of products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders when we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of those listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the item to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.
Currently we only accept payment with UK Paypal or cash.
All products are priced in £ sterling.
If you believe your products to be faulty, please return the item to us together with a copy of your invoice with a note explaining what you believe the fault to be with the products. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
When you return a product to us because you claim that it has been damaged in transit, you should also return the packaging in which it was delivered, together with any notification of damage which you may have received from the postal service who delivered it. We will examine the items to assure ourselves that we believe the damage, which it may have sustained, is consistent with the sort of damage which could occur during transit, and will notify you of your refund by email within a reasonable period of time.
In all cases, any refunds to you will usually be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will not be made to a third party.
Our returns period is 14 days from dispatch and any products should be returned within this period. We will only offer a refund or exchange of products provided they are returned unused and unmarked and are in the original packaging.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the item you are returning, stating the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not refund delivery costs. Please pack your item(s) in suitable packaging and return the parcel to us at:
For customer security, we recommend you obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate (available from the Post Office) for all returns. You should keep this until you have received your exchange or refund. We will make a refund or exchange once we have received the products, we do not accept any liability for products returned.
Your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible after your order is accepted and your payment processed. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. As standard, we advise a period of 3-7 business days for delivery of your order. However, during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, we cannot guarantee these timescales due to circumstances (such as postal issues) beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery of your order to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
Currently we are offering shipping across the mainland UK. If your address is outside of this area please contact us before placing your order to get a delivery price and estimated delivery time.
We will send you a confirmation email when your ordered has been dispatched.
Prior to renting a product you are required to sign up for our free membership, this insures that we have your contact details in case you fail to return the product.
Prior to renting a product you need to check that the contents is all there and sign to say so.
You are required to return the product in the same condition that you took it in. Failure to do so could result in paying for the purchase of the product, and being banned from using the rental services again.
Failure to return the product on the correct day will result in a £1 charge for each day that it is late.
If the product is not returned within 14 days of the rental return date you are liable to be billed for the purchase of the product, and likely to be banned from using the rental services again.
If you require a longer rental period than the standard 7 days please inform us prior to renting and we can try to work out an agreement with you. We are under no obligation to agree to a longer rental period, it is dependent on the availability and demand at the time, and will be given at our digression.
At Tic Tac Tabletop we are committed to safeguarding and protecting your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us.
We will only ever collect the minimum amount of information from you that is necessary to provide you the high-quality service that we promise. Personal information collected while you visit our site and sign up for membership will be stored on a secure server and is held is full compliance of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Please be assured that Tic Tac Tabletop will never release your personal information to any external organisation for mailing or marketing purposes.
Delivery and Returns
